Scope of application
The BWG photovoltaic grid-connected cabinet is a critical component connecting centralized inverters to step-up transformers, or AC combiner boxes to step-up transformers.
For this grid-connected cabinet:
- The incoming line supports circuit breaker input or direct input; the output is equipped with circuit breakers or load isolation switches.
- Busbars are electroplated or purified for connection, and secondary lightning protection is provided.
- The maximum system rated voltage is AC 690V.
- Protection class: IP40 for indoor use, IP65 for outdoor use.
- Secondary measurement and control cables: ≥2.5mm² for current circuits, ≥1.5mm² for voltage circuits, and ≥1.0mm² for control circuits.
- Measuring current transformers are Class 0.5, and metering current transformers are Class 0.2S.
- Additional functions can be customized according to customer requirements.

With a modular assembly structure, all frame structural parts are securely fastened with screws. The frame, door and panel undergo phosphating treatment followed by electrostatic spraying, while all non-sprayed parts are galvanized and passivated. This design adapts to the installation requirements of various components and diverse working environments, achieving the specified protection degree.
The frame is constructed from high-quality steel plates, equipped with 25mm modular mounting holes to support versatile functional expansion. It supports dual cable entry modes: top entry and bottom entry.
