Project Overview
In 2024, we received an inquiry from a natural gas plant in Kazakhstan. As the client optimized their factory processes, management, and technology, their extraction efficiency continued to improve. Given the stringent fire safety requirements in the natural gas industry, the client sought transformers with excellent flame-retardant properties while maintaining strong load capacity. Through online research, the client learned about our company and hoped to purchase high-quality, reliable transformers to ensure the safe and stable operation of their production lines. We manufactured a batch of 750kVA on-load tap-changing dry-type transformers to power the internal equipment of the client's plant.
Solution
Upon receiving the inquiry on our website, Manager Leo responded immediately. Through ongoing communication between LVMA Electric and the client, we thoroughly analyzed their usage scenarios, equipment loads, rate voltage, rate capacity, budget, and other details. Finally the client selected our SCB10 series 750 kva dry type transformer.
Kazakhstan experiences large daily temperature fluctuations in summer and frequent sub-zero temperatures (below -5℃) in winter. The SCB10 epoxy resin-cast dry-type transformer, designed to withstand a minimum daily average temperature of -25℃, offered excellent weather resistance, perfectly matching the plant's operating environment.
The LVMA Electric team tailored the transformer's voltage, capacity, dimensions, windings, and other technical parameters to meet the existing electrical infrastructure and production needs of clients.
4. After signing the contract, our factory immediately began production based on the finalized specifications. The transformers were completed, packaged, and handed over to the freight forwarder within 15 days, then delivered to the client via an international logistics route through Xinjiang.
5. Upon arrival of the product, LVMA technicians held a week-long online technical meeting. We communicated the technical details and installation issues with the customer's engineers.
Conclusion
To date, these transformers have been in stable operation for 9 months. The customer is highly satisfied with LVMA's service and pleased to have found a reliable dry-type transformer manufacturer for smooth cooperation. They have also expressed plans to expand future orders. As the client's production lines continue to grow steadily, LVMA Electric remains committed to enhancing product quality and achieving mutual success through partnership.
