Our dry-type transformer windings are made of highly conductive copper, and the structure and layout of the windings are optimized during the design and manufacturing process. This optimization not only reduces the resistance of the windings, reduces magnetic flux leakage losses, but also effectively reduces load losses, thereby significantly improving the operating efficiency of the transformer.

Strong short-circuit resistance

The high-voltage winding of this SCB10 transformer adopts a segmented multi-layer cylindrical structure, and the low-voltage winding adopts a foil structure. This structural design makes the winding ampere-turn distribution more balanced, with less magnetic leakage and high mechanical strength. It can not only effectively withstand the electric force generated by short-circuit current, but also has strong short-circuit resistance.

Advanced production technology

The low-voltage winding of our resin-cast dry-type power transformer is wound with copper foil, and the high-voltage winding is made of copper wire cast and cured with high-quality epoxy resin under vacuum.
