SCB transformer is a cast coil dry-type transformer independently developed by us. This transformer is designed for high-reliability power supply scenarios and meets the Class II energy efficiency standard of GB 20052-2020.

Application Scope
1. Installation height: not more than 1000m above sea level
2. Power supply voltage waveform is approximately sinusoidal;
3. Symmetry of multi-phase power supply voltage: the power supply voltage connected to the multi-phase transformer should be approximately symmetrical.
4. Maximum temperature +40℃;
5. Maximum daily average temperature +30℃;
6. Maximum annual average temperature +20℃;
7. Minimum temperature -25℃ (applicable to indoor transformers).
Product Features
High waterproof rating
For outdoor use scenarios, our product has a waterproof rating of up to IP55, which can effectively resist the influence of harsh environmental factors such as rain and dust, ensuring stable operation under complex outdoor conditions such as humidity and dust.
High efficiency and energy saving
Our dry-type transformer adopts high-efficiency silicon steel sheets and optimized coil structure. Its no-load loss and load loss are low. Compared with the SCB12 dry transformer, the no-load loss can be reduced by about 15%, and the load loss can be reduced by about 10%. It meets the second-level energy efficiency requirements in the new national energy efficiency standard GB/T20052-2020.
Safe and reliable
Our transformer adopts epoxy resin vacuum casting technology, does not require insulating oil, has fireproof and explosion-proof characteristics, has no risk of explosion and fire, and can be used in places with high fire protection requirements such as flammable and explosive places.
