Our dry-type transformers use high-permeability high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This material has high magnetic permeability and can effectively reduce hysteresis loss and eddy current loss. At the same time, the 45° fully inclined step seam lamination process makes the magnetic circuit smoother and reduces magnetic resistance.

Good moisture-proof performance

The overall moisture-proof performance of the transformer is excellent. The winding surface may be sprayed with three-conformal paint. It can still operate normally under 100% humidity. It can be put into operation without pre-drying after shutdown. It can adapt to humid environments such as tunnels, underground power stations and other places.                                

Reliable electrical performance

The high-voltage winding of this dry-type transformer adopts segmented and layered design, which reduces the voltage between winding layers.
