SGB10 100 - 2500kVA/10kV on-load tap-changing dry-type transformer is an excellent equipment in the field of power transmission and distribution. Its rated capacity covers 100kVA to 2500kVA, and the rated voltage is 10kV. It can flexibly adapt to the power demand of different scales and is widely used in commercial centers, schools, railways, airports, factories and other places.
The transformer adopts advanced non-encapsulated H-class insulation technology, with NOMEX insulation material approved by UL in the United States as the core, and cooperates with the special process of German MORA dry-type transformer to achieve a comprehensive improvement in fireproof, waterproof and environmental protection performance.

Application Scope
1. Installation height: not more than 1000m above sea level;
2. Power supply voltage waveform is approximately sinusoidal;
3. Symmetry of multi-phase power supply voltage: the power supply voltage connected to the multi-phase transformer should be approximately symmetrical.
4. Maximum temperature +40℃;
5. Maximum daily average temperature +30℃;
6. Maximum annual average temperature +20℃;
7. Minimum temperature -25℃ (applicable to indoor transformers).

Product Features
Excellent insulation performance
Our dry-type transformer uses NOMEX insulation paper, and its overall insulation heat resistance level can reach H level (180℃), and its key components can reach C level (220℃). Compared with the common F-level insulation dry-type transformer, this one has a longer service life and is more resistant to destruction and self-healing under extreme conditions such as output load short circuit.
High safety performance
All the insulation materials of our transformer are flame retardant, self-extinguishing and non-toxic, and its combustible materials are less than 10% of epoxy cast products. It burns for a long time at a high temperature of 800℃ without generating toxic smoke, which can avoid the harm of toxic gases to personnel and the environment when a fire occurs. It is suitable for places with high safety requirements, such as subways, airports, hospitals, etc.
Small size and light weight
Our on-load tap-changing dry-type transformer uses NOMEX paper as the main insulation material and as a hybrid insulation at the hottest part of the transformer, which reduces the size and weight of this product by more than 2% compared with epoxy cast transformer products of the same capacity, making it easier to transport and install, and saving installation space.
