The SCB11 50-2500kVA/20(10)kV low-loss resin cast dry-type power transformer is a high-performance power conversion device designed to meet the diversified power needs of modern industrial and urban power grids.

This 50-2500kVA/20(10)kV dual-voltage high-voltage dry-type transformer adopts an innovative series-parallel switchable winding structure. The high-voltage side winding adopts a segmented design (such as dual independent coil segments) and is connected through intelligent terminals. It can be flexibly switched to series (compatible with 20kV) and parallel (compatible with 10kV) modes, allowing the transformer to meet the needs of grid voltage upgrades without replacing the equipment.

Low loss and energy saving

Our dry-type transformer is made of high-quality silicon steel sheets and the core has a 45-degree fully inclined multi-step joint structure. The no-load loss is reduced by more than 15% compared to traditional models, and the load loss is optimized by about 10%, which can save a lot of electricity bills.

Strong overload capacity

Our transformer has a built-in intelligent temperature control system, which monitors the winding temperature in real time, automatically starts and stops the cooling fan, and can increase the capacity for a short time when overloaded, ensuring the stable operation of the transformer under different load conditions.

Low partial discharge stability

Our resin blends use advanced stirring methods and vacuum thin-film degassing technology to reduce partial discharge to less than 5pC, ensuring long-term stable operation even in harsh environments.
