GN19-12 Indoor High Voltage Isolating Switch

The GN19-12 is a high-performance indoor high-voltage isolating switch designed for medium-voltage power distribution systems. It is applicable to 12 kV rated voltage and 50 Hz AC power circuits, serving as a core isolation device for live, no-load circuit switching. Equipped with a mature CS6-1 manual operating mechanism, the switch realizes stable opening and closing operations under no-load live conditions. To adapt to diverse complex operating environments and project demands, the product supports multiple derivative versions, including anti-pollution type and plateau type, and can be optionally fitted with live display devices. This series of isolating switches adopt CS6-1 human operating mechanism. (The isolating switch with a panel is a mechanism with self connected operating).

This series of isolating switches is three-pole type which made up by the chassis, shaft, lever, porcelain post insulator, knife and wiring board, etc. The shaft is placed on the chassis with three pairs of levers welded on it. The lever is connected with the knife through rod porcelain insulator. The shaft is extended to the chassis, and any section of the shaft can be connected with the operating mechanism.

The C type is pierce wall style. The C1 indicates that the rotation is on the pierce wall side, the C2 indicates that the broken is on the pierce wall side and the C3 indicates that both sides are on the side of the pierce wall.

3. Ambient relative humidity: the daily average value is not more than 95%; the monthly mean value is not more than 90%;

4. Seismic intensity: no more than 8 degrees;

5. Installation site: no fire, flammation, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, and violent vibration.
