1. After opening, establish a reliable insulation gap, and separate the equipment or lines that need to be overhauled from the power supply with an obvious disconnection point to ensure the safety of inspection and maintenance personnel and equipment.

2. Change the line according to operational needs.

It can be used to divide and combine small currents in the circuit, such as the charging current of bushings, busbars, connectors, short cables, the capacitance current of the switch voltage equalizing capacitor, the circulating current when the double busbar is switched, and the excitation current of the voltage transformer etc.

4.According to the specific conditions of different structure types, it can be used to divide and combine the no-load excitation current of a certain capacity transformer.

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m,

2. The ambient air temperature: Maximum +40; Minimum: General Area -30, Paramos -40;

3. The wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa.

4. The earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees

5. The working situation is without frequent violent vibration;

6. The installation site of ordinary type isolator should be kept away from gas, smoke chemical deposition, salt-spray fog, dust and other explosive and corrosive matters that affect seriously insulation and conduction capability of the isolator.

7. Pollution-proof type isolator is applies to severe filthy conduction area, however, it shouldn't be any explosive matters and matters causing fire.
