Our S11 series oil-immersed transformer features low loss and low noise, providing excellent energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact. Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, it eliminates the need for an oil conservator. The corrugated oil tank compensates for oil expansion and contraction through its flexible structure, ensuring automatic oil volume adjustment. Product Features

 

 

Anti-Corrosion and Anti-Rust

Before painting, our transformers undergo oil, rust, and oxide removal to clean the metal surface. A protective varnish is then applied to block air and moisture, preventing rust and corrosion. This makes our products ideal for humid environments, coastal areas, and chemical plants.

Maintenance-Free

The corrugated oil tank compensates for oil expansion and contraction through its flexible structure. This eliminates the need for a traditional conservator tank, reduces air-oil contact, and slows down oil oxidation, resulting in a truly maintenance-free solution.

Fully Sealed Structure

We use multi-layer sealing systems, including rubber rings and welded joints, to prevent oil leakage and block moisture or dust from entering the transformer.

Enhanced Anti-Loosening System

Key connections are secured with locking nuts and anti-loosening adhesive. This ensures stable operation under vibration, temperature changes, or long-term use.

Low Loss and Energy Efficient

Our S11 series transformers use high-grade grain-oriented silicon steel. Compared to S9 series, no-load losses are reduced by up to 30%, helping lower energy consumption and operating costs.
