Product Overview
BS photovoltaic box transformer (PV transformer for short) is a new type of prefabricated substation independently developed by us.
This substation adopts an oil-immersed structure and realizes natural ventilation through exposed heat sinks; at the same time, it is equipped with an intelligent protection system consisting of fuses, grounding switches, etc., which can fully guarantee the safe operation of the equipment. In terms of structural design, the equipment is highly compact, occupying only 58% of the area of European box transformers. In addition, it has the dual characteristics of protection and heat dissipation, which enables it to flexibly adapt to various application scenarios such as photovoltaic power stations and wind power projects.
Product Features
Excellent heat dissipation and protection performance
Our PV transformer box and heat sink are exposed outside the box, which can make full use of the natural environment for heat dissipation and have good heat dissipation performance. The remaining live compartments are all independent sealed compartments separated by partitions, which can effectively prevent dust, moisture, etc. from entering, improving the reliability and safety of the equipment.
Reasonable structural design
The photovoltaic box transformer consists of three parts: high-voltage room, low-voltage room and transformer, usually arranged in an "L" shape or triangle. This arrangement can effectively utilize space, make the box structure more compact, and facilitate transportation and on-site installation. It is also conducive to electrical connection and heat dissipation between the various parts.
Excellent box material
The transformer box is made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel plate, with smooth inner and outer surfaces, free of rust, coating peeling, impact damage and other defects, which extends the service life of the box and enables it to adapt to various harsh natural environments outdoors.
