Summary
ZW32-12 type 11 kv outdoor vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as "circuit breaker") is an outdoor power distribution switch device with a rated voltage of 12 kV and three-phase AC 50 Hz. This 11 kv outdoor vacuum circuit breaker is mainly used for breaking and closing the load current, overload current, and short-circuit current in the power line. It offers overload and short-circuit protection functions, meeting the requirements of control and measurement, and also supports remote control and monitoring functions.
In many medium-voltage networks, the circuit breaker can be paired with 11kv vcb switchgear to create a reliable protection and control system for substations, industrial facilities, and mining enterprises. For higher-voltage applications, a 33 kv outdoor vcb may be installed upstream to coordinate protection across different voltage levels. Because the 11 kv outdoor vacuum circuit breaker is designed for frequent operation, it is especially suitable for power distribution systems that require both local and remote operation with dependable performance.
Usage Environmental Conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: -40°C~+40°C;
2. Relative air humidity: daily average value should not exceed 95%; monthly average value should not be over 90%;
3. Altitude: ≤ 3000m;
4. Air pressure should not exceed 700Pa (equal to air speed 34m/s);
5. Pollution grade: IV grade (Creepage distance ≥ 31 mm/kV);
6. Thickness of ice coating: ≤ 10mm;
7. Installation site: There should be no fire, explosion danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration, etc.
