ZW7 40.5/T2000-31.5 outdoor vcb breaker (hereinafter referred to as "circuit breaker") is a kind of three-phase outdoor vcb switchgear of AC 50 Hz and rated voltage 40.5 kV and below. As a 40.5 kv vacuum circuit breaker, it is mainly applicable to the control and protection of 35 kV power systems, used for breaking and making load current, overload current, and short-circuit current.
The ZW7 40.5 circuit breaker is designed to operate reliably in outdoor environments and is widely adopted in substations and power distribution networks. It complies with GB1984-2014 "High-voltage Alternating-current Circuit Breakers" and IEC62271-100-2012 "High-voltage Alternating-current Circuit Breakers." Equipped with either a spring operating mechanism or an electromagnetic operating mechanism, this 40.5 kv vacuum circuit breaker features strong breaking capacity, lower operating power, and high reliability. Usage Environmental Conditions
Normal use conditions:
1.Ambient air temperature should not exceed 45°C; average value measured within 24h should not be over 35°C; minimum ambient air temperature is -25°C.
2.Please take the sun radiation into consideration that reaches as high as 0.1W/cm² at fine day noon.
3.Altitude should not exceed 2000m.
4.The ambient environment is not significantly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive gases, steam or salt mist, but the grade of pollution should not exceed Ⅳ that stipulated in GB/T5582.
5.Wind speed should not over 34m/s (correspond to 700Pa on column surface).
6.Amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in secondary system should not be over 500 μV.
When the circuit breakers are prepared for operation in locations where beyond the normal conditions, please negotiate with the manufacturer for solutions
Product Features
1. Vacuum arc extinguishing, strong breaking capacity and mechanical life up to 10, 000 times;
2. The structure is simple, maintenance-free, long one-time use;
3. Good insulation performance, strong anti-pollution ability, no fire and explosion hazard;
4. Fitted with CT19BW spring operating mechanism, the mechanical performance is reliable;
5. According to the user's request, the spring operating mechanism can be external or central;
6. It can be built-in or externally installed with two or three-phase current transformers. The measurement accuracy is up to 0.2s, which can realize three-phase differential protection;
7. The temperature and humidity controller is attached to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the circuit breaker under various temperature and humidity conditions.
