YB22 -12/0.4 High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation(European-style Cubical Substation)

The high voltage substation YB22 series prefabricated substation is developed independently by our company to support urban power grid construction. It integrates 11kV GIS switchgear, transformers, and LV distribution equipment according to specific wiring solutions. This series of high voltage substations is designed for three-phase AC systems of 12kV, rated frequency 50Hz, and capacity up to 2000kVA. It is widely used in residential districts, commercial buildings, hotels, large construction sites, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, and temporary work sites. The 12kV switchgear configuration allows it to be used in both ring main unit systems and radial terminal distribution systems.

This high voltage substation is characterized by a compact structure, high integrity, safe and reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. It offers an elegant appearance, occupies less space, and is suitable for a wider range of applications. The substation has less field installation workload, a shorter installation and debugging cycle, and can be easily moved along with the load center, making it ideal for flexible and efficient power distribution solutions.

1.Ambient air temperature:-25℃ ~ +40℃
2.Altitude should not exceed 1000m, but can be up to 3000m if use special transformer and LV components;
3.Vertical inclination degree should not exceed 5. No severe vibration or shock in the installation location;
4.Air humidity should not exceed 90% (at -25℃);
5.Installation site should be free of conductive dust or explosive danger, no corrosive gas that may erode the metal or electric parts;
6.Outdoor wind speed should not exceed 35m/s.

1.Its shell is designed according to foreign advanced technology and actual situation, which has features of strong, heat ventilation, good performance, dust proof, isolating small animals, moisture proof, beautiful appearance and easy maintenance.There are a variety of optional for shell material, such as: color-steel composite panels, high-quality steel, aluminum, stainless steel, non-metallic materials(glass fiber reinforced cement) and so on.
2.It generally uses load switch at high-voltage side, which can also use vacuum circuit breaker, and there is a full range of junctions to prevent misuse. Optional: HXGN15B SF6 RMU, XGN66 and HXGN17 ring network switchgears. Transformers can be oil-immersed transformers, fully sealed type transformers and dry-type transformers.
3.The substation has good protection and is easy for operation, there are high and low voltage metering for options, it can be equipped with automatic reactive power compensation device according to user requirements.
4.The cover is designed as removable structure with double layers, the interlayer is filled with insulation material with good insulation effect. High and low voltage chambers have a separate roof inside, there are anti-condensation device and automatic temperature control monitors, heating and cooling devices in transformer chamber.
5.The cabinet body adopts natural ventilation, forced ventilation equipment can also be equipped, the door and the outer side of the side panel towards the shutter are equipped with dust-proof device.
